Story
Music Connection II, Inc. was built on a lifelong passion for music and a commitment to creating unforgettable experiences. Founder and CEO Uriah Moore began playing piano at the age of five, inspired by early exposure to world-class musicians in Baltimore, MD through institutions such as the Peabody Institute and Morgan State University. By age 14, he was already performing at weddings, setting the foundation for what would become his life’s work.
Awarded a full scholarship to Towson University at 18, Uriah studied classical music while expanding his expertise across multiple genres. Recognizing the need for versatile musicians, he refined his ability to perform and curate music that connects with diverse audiences and emotions.
In 2006, Music Connection was established, later evolving into Music Connection II, Inc. in 2018. Since then, the company has expanded throughout the Mid-Atlantic, serving weddings, corporate events, venues, and churches across Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and beyond.
With experience ranging from national tours to high-end venue residencies, Music Connection II offers elevated entertainment through live piano, ensemble performances, and curated DJ services.
At its core, our mission remains the same: to provide a sound for every emotion and bring each client’s story to life through music.

Erin's
Story
Erin Stefanic is a violinist and violist based out of Central PA. Erin graduated from Lebanon Valley College in 2020 with dual degrees in Music Education and Violin Performance, and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Orchestral Conducting. Her musical journey is full of flavor, from performing at Carnegie Hall with local symphonies to featuring on albums for bands in the area, and everything in between.
While Erin's musical background consists of rigorous classical training, her particular niche is playing songs by ear and improvising off of the music she hears, which means that she takes specific song requests with great excitement! Erin is proud of her deep Appalachian roots, to which she gives credit for her diverse musical tastes and aspirations. When Erin isn't performing or teaching the next generation of music appreciators, you can find her with her husband and daughter finding good eats in the area, hiking on the Appalachian Trail with their family dog, or taking family road trips.
Kellen's
Story
Kellen Mikesell is an avid violinist from the central Pennsylvania region recognized for his sensitive storytelling through music. He currently studies at the Eastman School of Music to refine his craft. Kellen's musicianship and musical diversity enable him to seamlessly transition between an array of musical genres including classical, pop, jazz, and gospel. His additional skills as a trained pianist and vocalist allow him to engage his audiences in a variety of facets. Kellen has years of experience making music in many settings from the traditional concert hall, recording studio, churches, community settings such as retirement homes and schools, to live music at restaurants, events, and weddings. His servant heart, flexibility, commitment, and diligent service will ensure your event and guests will enjoy a fantastic musical experience!
Mike's
Story
Mike Burton is a multi-instrumentalist that plays trumpet, saxophone, piano and other various instruments. He also holds a degree in Jazz Performance from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. As a natural musician, he has been playing trumpet and flugelhorn since age 12 and he is serious about his craft. After four years of private tutoring with Tim Leahey of the world-renowned "Airmen of Note"-who is one of Mike's "playing inspirations"- as well as countless studio hours practicing, he has quickly become one of the Northeast's most-accomplished young musicians. While still in high school, Mike won best jazz soloist in Canada for his flugelhorn playing and secured a chair in the PA All-State Jazz Band. In 2008, Mike also secured a roll in the upcoming Clifford Brown Documentary as Clifford Brown, Before joining The Uptown Band, Mike played with many acts including The Maxwell Project, The Impact Band, Funktion, Bonerama, The Transfusion Ensemble, The Electric Miles Ensemble, and The Birth of the Cool. Mike has also performed with Robin Eubanks, Duane Eubanks, Kevin Walker (bass player with Justin Timberlake), Sugaray Rayford, Brad Marquis, Doc Gibbs, Gerald Veasley, Orrin Evans, and Tim Warfield.
Recently Mike was part of Amaryllis Santiago's band that opened for Jose Feliciano's World Tour in 2013 in Harrisburg, PA. Mike is also the trumpet player on the posthumous release of Michael Jackson's newest album entitled Xscape. You can find him on the title track Xscape. He also played trumpet and saxophone on Netflix documentary Cops and Robbers produced by Jerry Compare.
Sean's
Story
Sean Christenson is a vibrant young artist with a broad creative focus. His passion and enthusiasm for his craft comes through in his performances, no matter the setting. Sean’s passion for the drums started at a young age, and after years of performing live, he is excited to be a part of Music Connection II.
Sean’s musical experience spans across many genres, including rock, punk, metal, R&B, funk, soul, jazz, and hip-hop. He continuously strives to refine and expand his skills under the mentorship of Jeremy Hummel, the founding drummer of Breaking Benjamin. When he is not playing the drums, Sean channels his artistry into writing original music and recording tracks for various artists. He currently holds residence in the Connor Petula Trio and Zander Moon and the Eclipse. He also plays with Rob Murtoff and The Roughnecks, covering a variety of rock classics.
In addition to his passion for the drums and music, Sean is currently studying architecture and fine arts at Thomas Jefferson University. In his free time, Sean enjoys drawing, painting, and sculpting. He approaches everything he does with a desire to create connection and meaningful experiences for those who engage with his art.
Uriah's
Story
Uriah Moore has been performing at weddings and events since 1996, beginning his musical journey at just 14 years old. With over 30 years of experience as a professional musician and a degree in classical piano, his transition into DJing was a natural evolution. He has performed weddings and events all along the East Coast, from Key West, Florida to the Hamptons in New York.
Uriah’s music style is wide-ranging and constantly evolving, blending R&B, soul, pop, EDM, hip-hop, jazz, classical, and more. Inspired by artists who push boundaries and create movements, he curates performances that feel both fresh and deeply intentional.
Couples who book Uriah can expect more than a DJ—they’re getting a pianist, performer, and meticulous technician who brings focus, energy, and musical sensitivity to every moment. From live piano for ceremonies and cocktail hours to seamless, high-energy dance floor sets, he approaches each event with care and precision.
When he’s not performing, Uriah is a devoted husband and father of four and a music educator of over 20 years. He believes there is a sound for every emotion and considers it his life’s purpose to create music that captures authenticity, connection, and joy.
Zach's
Story
DJ Zach has been a DJ for the last 10 years. Starting at college parties, and quickly moving to clubs, events, then weddings, Zach has done it all. Easy to work with and in tune to the most current music trends Zach is perfect for any party. Zach's favorite era is 2000s hip-hop and pop. Zach will do everything in his power to make your special day unforgettable in the best way possible!
